The partnership was formed to create a business venture which, independent of Multiline Technology, USA and its related USA businesses, would undertake European Marketing and Trading activities for products manufactured by Multiline, USA. Experience in the industry combined with forward thinking has enabled Multiline Technology to grow successfully over the years. Toward the goal of expanding their marketplace, Multiline Technology and MIE entered into an agreement under which MIE received exclusive distribution and marketing rights to Multiline Technology's products for the Printed Circuit Industry in Europe, India, Africa and the Middle East. In addition, it is a stated goal of the partnership to enter into similar agreements with other suppliers of equipment and materials to the Printed Circuit Industry.

The terms of each of the agreements with each individual supplier differ from case to case, with some agreements being limited in scope (either with respect to specific products, to specific geographical boundaries or to specific commercial conditions) and other agreements being as global as the one with Multiline Technology. MIE has successfully developed the market in Europe and the Middle East with the support of Representatives in France, Italy, Scandinavia, Israel and India. A recently concluded contract with the Japanese company, Dai Nippon Kaken, resulted in the launching of a new exposure machine line called MIE(JSE. This line will be marketed by MIE throughout the world (with the exception of Japan) and opens a new chapter to the growth of MIE as a world-wide supplier to the Printed Circuit Board industry.
